Sunday Morning Prayer
Every Sunday morning 9.25-9.30am we gather to pray before the service. All welcome to join with us and those on duty.
Individual prayer is also available following the service. Please speak to Annette or others who are available that morning to pray with you.
Weekly Prayer
At present there is no regular gathering for prayer during the week but confidential prayer request will still be passed on to members of the prayer group,

COMING UP
Mainly Music. Sessions will resume again for Term 4 on Monday 12th October, 10am at Trinity Hall. It would be great to have some extra volunteers if anyone feels they can offer support to this ministry. Please contact Sue for more information.
The Good Book Club meets in St Peter’s lounge on the first Friday of each month, at 10 am. The next meeting will be Friday October 2nd. Please contact Annette 021 104 2754 for more information.
Church Breakfast last week was a hit, with lovely coffee and croissants. It will now be happening every first Sunday of the month. Next Breakfast is planned for Sunday 4th Oct 9am to 10am, at St Peter’s Church. Parish Council will be available to hear of your heart for the Church.
Organ Recital Our wonderful organist, John Dodgshun, will be presenting an organ recital in St Andrew’s Chapel at Rangi Ruru,
16 Merivale Lane, on Friday 9th October at 10.30 am – see attached poster. All most welcome.
WEEKLY OFFERING – Please note that we do not collect offerings during the service. There is a wooden box at the back of both of our churches where cash offerings can be left. Most of our members have arranged direct credits to the Community Church bank account : 02 1268 0174313 000
Food Bank – Each Sunday we collect food and household items which are passed on to Kerry at Heartlands, for distribution to those in our community near the entrance door of both churches, and is taken up to the altar and prayed for during the service. Thank you everyone for your generous donations of non perishable food and other household items Things like toothpaste, washing up liquid, laundry powder, shampoo, soap etc are also welcome.
